DiaRelieve Diarrhoea Relief is intended for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea, provided as a convenient sachet to be mixed with liquid. Orange flavour. Diarrhoea is a common issue, it can strike at anytime, anywhere, sometimes at the most inconvenient of times.

Directions: Pour powder into water – pour slowly and mix well. Take DiaRelieve® between meals – use the entire sachet and drink lots of water. It’s important to stay hydrated when you suffer from diarrhoea. In children, the treatment of diarrhoea symptoms must be accompanied by the early administration of oral rehydration therapy to avoid dehydration. For adults, the treatment of diarrhoea should be accompanied by oral rehydration therapy to help avoid dehydration.
- Dosage:
- Children 1-6 years: 1 sachet 1-2 times per day. Sachets contents can be mixed in a bottle feeder with 50mL water or other liquid and divided into 2-3 doses throughout the day as appropriate.
- Children 6-18 years: 1 sachet 2-3 times per day. Add the contents of each sachet to 100mL of water or other liquid and mix well.
- Adults: 1 sachet 3 times per day. Add the contents of each sachet to 100mL of water or other liquid and mix well.

Precautions: Each sachet is only intended for a single use after opening. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days. If symptoms persist, contact your healthcare professional. In children, if symptoms persist for more than 2 consecutive days, consult your medical professional. Do not take DiaRelieve when lying down. If you are taking other oral products or medicines, consult your healthcare professional before taking this product. In case of unexpected adverse effects (eg. constipation, abdominal pain, flatulence), consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if you have: gastric or intestinal lesions, (eg. ulcers), chronic constipation, intestinal irritation, intestinal blockage. If you are concerned about irregularities in your stools, please speak to your doctor. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed.
