Fab Iron Liquid Iron is a Gentle, Easy-to-Absorb, Great-Tasting Liquid Iron with Energy Boosting B Group Vitamins to Help Restore Overall Health

Fab Iron Liquid Iron contains organic iron plus vitamins and herbs to help restore energy and vitality. Iron supplements can assist when a balanced diet alone cannot effectively maintain adequate levels of iron in the body. Iron supplementation is especially important for vegetarians, vegans and during pregnancy, as healthy iron levels generally are not met. Also, due to the extra iron women require, and because of factors such as menstruation, iron deficiency is much more prevalent in women than in men.

Directions: Adults & children over 12 years: Take the contents of one sachet, 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional

Ingredients: Each 10ml dose contains:

Iron (from Ferrous gluconate) - 10 mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine as hydrochloride) - 0.55 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin as sodium phosphate) - 0.70 mg
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) - 8 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine as hydrochloride) - 0.70 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - 1.5 mcg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - 55 mg
Herbal liquid extracts equiv. to dry:
- Rosa canina (Rose hip) fruit
- Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) flower
- Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) herb
- Elymus repens (Quack grass) rhizome
- Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) herb
