Weleda Rose-Calendula Creme is a lightly textured yet rich moisturiser. Popular with breastfeeding mothers as our Rose-Calendula Creme is also used to soothe and moisten dry, tender nipples.

Calendula (Calendula Officinalis) - Commonly referred to as Marigold, this annual herb is from the Family Asteraceae, the Sunflower Family. The plant is native to central, eastern and southern Europe. It is made up of single, yellow to bright orange colored flowers that capture the strength and heat of the sun as it rises in the morning. The Calendula plant is comprised of carotenoids, flavonoids and essential oils. This gentle and nourishing botanical possesses powerful healing and anti-inflammatory properties.

Weleda strives to source only the finest ingredients from biodynamic, organic and wild crafted suppliers, where techinques such as crop rotation, green manure compost and biological pest control are used. Directions: For normal to dry skin apply a small amount of this Creme at least once daily as an excellent general moisturiser. On rough, cracked, dry or flakey skin apply small amounts frequently.

Purified Water, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Ethanol, Yellow Beeswax (unbleached), Marigold (Calendula) flower, Lemon Juice, Marshmallow root, Jojoba Oil, Glycerol monostearate (vegetable), Horsetail herb, Lesser Nettle herb, Echinacea whole plant, Sodium alginate (from seaweed), Colloidal Anhydrpus Silica, Angelica root, German Chamomile flower, Lavender flower, St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) flower, Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) concentrate, Lecithin, Geranium Oil, Labdanum Absolute Oil, Larch Resin, Lavender Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Rose Maroc Absolute Oil, Siam Benzoin and/or Sumatra Benzoin, Ylang Ylang Oil.
Free from synthetic fragrances, preservatives, parabens and petrochemical derivatives e.g. paraffins.
