Thompson's Valerian provides a high potency 1-A-Day gentle nerve tonic formulated to support people who suffer from disturbed sleep patterns, or poor quality sleep. It also helps those suffering from suffer from or prone to symptoms of stress or worry, muscle tension, nervous tension or irritability.
