Solgar Rutin 500mg provides 500mg bioflavonoids per tablet
Rutin is an important, non-citrus, antioxidant bioflavonoid. Flavonoids are a group of water soluble plant pigments found naturally in many foods. Rutin shares some similar beneficial properties with Vitamin C.
Directions: Suggested use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet one to two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
