Solgar B-Complex "100" Contains a Comprehensive Combination of the B group Vitamins Needed for the Metabolism of Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins, Which Convert Food into Energy
Solgar B-Complex "100" provides a comprehensive blend of the B group vitamins. B Vitamins are water soluble and work as a team. They help to maintain the health of the nerves, skin, eyes, hair, liver and mouth, as well as brain function, tone in the gastro-intestinal tract and healthy muscle function. B complex vitamins are co-factors involved in energy production and may be useful for alleviating some of the symptoms of stress.
Adequate intake of B vitamins is important especially as we age as they may not be absorbed well, and in some cases, may not be synthesized by gut bacteria adequately. The B vitamins should always be taken together but up to two to three times of one vitamin may be taken for a particular disorder.
Directions: SUGGESTED USE: Adults, take one vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

- Inositol - 100 mg
- Choline (as choline bitartrate) - 20 mg
- Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
