I have Sjogrens Syndrome and this causes continual dry mouth, and irritation including ulcers. If this sounds like your try this product and you will be amazed. The Kava helps numb the raw mouth, soothes the hoarse voice and dryness. No that I have found this will continue to use. Seriously 5 Stars.
