Levrix acts to relieve the following symptoms:

Levrix provides a double action formula for hayfever and allergy relief. It is so effective compared with other antihistamines as it contains only the active ingredient levocetirizine, which, on its own, is more effective at blocking histamine release. The antihistamine Cetirizine contains both active levocetririzine and also the inactive form, dextrocetirizine, of which may compete with levocetirizine for the histamine receptors and may reduce overall relief. Contributing to its effectivesness, Levrix contains 2 of the active levocetirizine enantiomers, and it has also been found that levoceterizine has twice the affinity for the human histamine 1 receptor as cetirizine.
Directions: Take one tablet once daily

Does what it says!
Levrix (after 3 mths) continues to work effectively and without side effects. While I tend to take it in the evening after my meal it can as easily be taken through the day as there is no evidence of drowsiness etc. I am happy with the medication and also with the great service! Thank you.
