In combination with some simple dietary changes, this probiotic supplement will help you manage your symptoms of IBS.

Please note: Inner Health Probiotics require refrigeration to maintain their premium potency. They are however able to retain their potency at room temperature for at least 3 days (or even longer) but should be placed in the fridge as soon as you receive them, and used within 6 months. In order to supply this product to you in the best possible condition, any orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be couriered the following Monday unless otherwise requested.
Directions: Adults and children over five years: Take 1 capsule daily, for more severe cases take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

- No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives
