Flo CRS Sinus Wash Provides a Non-Medicated Nasal and Sinus Wash for the Relief of Symptoms Associated with Sinusitis
Flo CRS Sinus Wash provides cleansing relief from sinusitis. FLO CRS is a non-medicated, preservative-free, isotonic irrigation solution for washing the nasal passages and sinus cavities.

Sinusitis may be chronic when the condition lasts longer than 3 months without complete symptom resolution. Chronic sinusitis, also known as chronic rhinosinusitis, is a common problem which significantly affects quality of life. Chronic sinusitis can be treated with medications or surgery.
Directions: Read FLO enclosed leaflet in the package carefully before use. Use up to 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Before use: Thoroughly wash the bottle, tube and cap in warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry with a clean paper towel.
- Add water: Add lukewarm pre-boiled water into the bottle up to the FILL LINE. (Note: water should be boiled for at least 1 minute and then allowed to cool before use. Alternatively, pre-boiled water can be stored in a clean container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours and reheated to lukewarm using 10 second bursts in a microwave oven).
- Add powder: Add the contents of one FLO CRS sachet into the wash bottle. Ensure the tube and cap are assembled and then screw the cap onto the bottle. Place your finger over the top of the cap and shake for 30 seconds or until the powder has fully dissolved. Once dissolved, the solution is ready for use and should be used immediately.
- Irrigate your sinuses: While standing over a basin or in the shower, lean forward and tilt your head so your chin is close to your chest. Insert the tip of the cap gently into one nostril. Whilst breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle until the solution drains from the opposite nostril or your mouth. Repeat until approximately half of the solution has been used. Then repeat in the other nostril until all the solution is used. (Note: avoid suck-back of irrigating fluid into the bottle by withdrawing the bottle cap from the nostril before releasing hand pressure).
- After use: Gently blow your nose to clear excess fluid and mucus. DO NOT blow your nose if you have recently had nasal or sinus surgery, unless your surgeon recommends it.
- Clean bottle: Discard remaining fluid in the bottle. Wash the bottle, tube and cap in warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry with a clean paper towel. Wipe the inside of the bottle and its components using paper towel wetted with isopropyl alcohol (Isocol is available from pharmacies). This helps remove moisture and unwanted bacteria. Reassemble the bottle and store in the refrigerator until next use.
- Change the bottle after 3 months.

- Sodium chloride (0.75mg/mL), potassium chloride and xylitol.
- FLO CRS may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. FLO Sinus Care and FLO CRS should not be used in patients with a bleeding disorder or who are using anticoagulants, experiencing nasal tumours, who have undergone recent middle ear surgery or who have a condition that affects swallowing. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed.
