I have suffered from excruciating cramping for a number of years and Cramp stop is the only thing I have that actually works, I take each night prior to going to bed and that's it.

Sleeping better
Night after night I am out of bed several times with severe cramp in both legs sometimes in both legs at the same time. I take magnesium capsules every night and together with this product my nights are less painful. I spray when I feel the cramp coming on then some more spray a couple of minutes later and it seems to work. I thank my daughter for suggesting this Crampstop to me and telling me I could buy , a larger size on line, it being more economical. Was delivered to my door in two days. Maureen.
