Bio Berberine
Works exceptionally well at bringing my blood levels. Have gone into normal non diabetic range once. 5.4 when normal diabetic range is between 5.5 and 7.8. Fasting blood levels though is 6.0. Better than the drugs I had to stop because of an inflamed kidney, liver and gallbladder. I had stopped the drugs jardiance and Rosuvastatin. Best choice I have made

Useless: Had no affect on my blood sugars
Berberine was touted as an aid to reducing blood sugars in type 2 diabetes. I have used it for several weeks now and it has had no affect on my BGL levels. If you can afford to throw away the cost of a bottle, try it for yourself. Didn't work for me.
