Really helpful in control of blood sugars
I'm in my late 60's and a Type 2 diabetic and very active. I find using Chromium helps to keep by blood sugar levels on an even keal.

I didn't realize how good this was, until I ran out!!!
After going on a low carb diet to control glucose levels (Im a type 2 diabetic), & doing strenuous exercise 6 days per week, I read a few books on controlling glucose levels and weight loss. All 3 of my favourite books recommended taking chromium, but not just any chromium. It either needed to be chelated or niacin-bound. After research, I found the clinicians brand on this website and ordered a bottle. After about a week, I noticed my cravings for sugar were gone. My glucose averaged at 3.9 mmol/L. Both fasting glucose and post meal glucose, using only 9 units of Lantus and 4 units of NovoRapid with each meal. After I had finished the bottle, my fasting glucose went up to 6.1 mmol/L and then started averaging at 5.8 on higher doses of insulin (12 units of Lantus & 7 units of NovoRapid with each of my 3 meals. My cravings for junk food increased again. I couldnt understand what I was doing wrong with my diet & exercise, until I realized my glucose levels & cravings for bad food actually went up the next day after I had run out of chromium. I couldnt wait until today (pay day) to buy more. I have purchased 2 bottles instead of the 1 lol. I went to a health shop at my local mall that sold this for a few dollars more but didnt have any in stock. I highly recommended this particular item, and purchasing this here.
