Best Daily Defence for a Healthy Throat

My husband and I have been using these for several years but after moving to Australia 2 years we have not been able to buy them here. They are excellent as a daily addition to your daily vitamin routine and you can always have a booster when your throat feels a bit scratchy. We have also tried the travel ones and start a week prior before travelling and found they work really well.

These Blis K12 taste pleasant, nothing over powering. I take them after brushing right before bed. They take a long time to dissolve which is great as that's how these need to be.
