Blackmores Vitamin E 500 IU is a source of natural vitamin E, which has approximately twice the bioavailability of synthetic vitamin E, so is retained longer and is twice as active in the body. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble nutrient that exists in 8 different isomers (forms) of vitamin E alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocopherol; and alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocotrienol. It's main action is as an antioxidant which is responsible for many of it's functions in the body. Vitamin E is found in cold-pressed vegetable oils, nuts and seeds
Directions: Adults - Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food
Ingredients: Each soft gelatin capsule contains:
- d-alpha-Tocopherol (natural vitamin E 500IU) - 335 mg
- No added yeast, gluten, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Contains sodium sulphite. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label.
