1-4 years Acute: 3-6 weeks: 20-40ml, 3x daily. Upkeep: 20-40ml, 1-2x daily
6-12 months Acute: 3-6 weeks: 10ml, 3x daily. Upkeep: 10ml, 1-2x daily

For low-mood management, take 3 cups daily for 3-6 months. Allow 14 days for the full effect to build up. Best results are seen with long-term use. As a nerve tonic, take 3 cups daily as required. For support during stressful times, take 1-3 cups daily depending on the level of support you need. Special Instructions: Shake contents before opening.
