Sea-Legs Meclozine have been designed to provide effective relief of the symptoms of travel sickness. (Also known as motion sickness, car-sickness, train-sickness, sea-sickness, air-sickness and so on)
Motion from travelling on a plane, boat, train or car may disturb the normal functioning of your vestibular system responsible for your balance. When this system receives conflicting signals between the inner ear and the eye, the condition of travel sickness may occur. Symptoms may include strong nausea, vomiting, fatigue and dizziness. It is an unpleasant condition that is usually relieved when the individual ceases travelling on the vehicle, be it plane, train, boat or car.
Sea-Legs help relieve these symptoms and are suitable for the whole family, as long as they are aged over 6 years. Sea-Legs are almost tasteless so they may be chewed or swallowed whole with water.
Sea-Legs Meclozine Directions: Adults & children 12 years: Take ONE tablet up to twice a day. Children aged 6-12 years: Take ONE tablet daily. [Do NOT give Sea-Legs to children aged under 6 years.]

Avoid operating machinery or driving within 8 hours of taking Sea-Legs. Do NOT use in pregnancy without first taking medical advice. Do not use while breastfeeding. Do NOT take Sea-Legs Meclozine if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do NOT exceed the recommended dose. Sea-Legs Meclozine is not intended to treat or cure any medical condition.
