Support Healthy Sleep - Hops and Passionflower are both traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to decrease mental over-activity, calm the mind and induce sleep. Hops also increases GABA levels and also improves night sleep quality.
Relieve Weariness And Tiredness - Ziziphus is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to relieve sleeplessness and restless sleep. It has also been shown to improve sleep quality.
Helps Calm The Mind And Relieve Stress - When dietary intake is inadequate, magnesium supplementation calms the mind and helps reduce symptoms of stress and mild anxiety. Passionflower is also effective in reducing stress reactivity, insomnia, anxiety, and depression-like behaviours.
Support Muscle Relaxation And Function - Magnesium supports muscle health, relaxation and nervous system function. It also helps relieve muscle cramps when dietary magnesium intake is inadequate.

Directions: For Adults: 4g (1 metric teaspoon), Children: 2-6 years: 1g (1/4 metric teaspoon), 7-11 years: 1.5g (1/3 metric teaspoon), 12-18 years 2g (1/2 metric teaspoon. Mix the appropriate dose into 200mL of water or juice, 30 minutes before bedtime. Not suitable for children under the age of 12 months.
