Solgar Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin Supplementation may Help to Increase Stomach Acid Levels, to Support Efficient Breakdown of Foods and Assist with Improved Digestion
Solgar Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin may be useful for indigestion and for people with flatulence or bloating where there is low stomach acid. Betaine supplementation supports digestive processes and may improve those with mineral deficiencies, allergies and leaky gut disorder.
Directions: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet with a meal to a maximum of three (3) tablets per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Tablets should be swallowed with water — DO NOT CHEW. Do not exceed directions for use.
Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
- Betaine Hydrochloride - 325 mg
- Pepsin (1:10,000 units) - 59 mg
- Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose (from milk) hydroxypropyl cellulose, maltodextrin
- Cellulose Gum
- Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate
- Flavour: natural peppermint
- No gluten, wheat, soya, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours or colours
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do NOT use in cases of stomach or duodenal ulcer. Extra stomach acid created by betaine hydrochloride supplementation may exacerbate symptoms.
