Nature's Way SystemWell is a unique, complex herbal and nutritional immune support formula. It provides multi-system defense for all aspects of immunity:

Directions: For Intensive Use: Take 3 tablets up to twice daily with water. For Daily Maintenance: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with water as needed.

- Vitamin A (as 80% retinyl acetate and 20% as beta-carotene) -1,500mcg
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 1,000mg
- Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol) - 10mcg
- Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate) - 15mg
- Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) - 25mcg
- Immune Blend: Echinacea purpurea (stem, leaf, flower), Astragalus (root), Olive (leaf)
- Circulatory Blend: Garlic (bulb), Cayenne Pepper (fruit)
- Cellular Blend: IP-6 (from Inositol Hexaphosphate) (from calcium magnesium phytate),

- Respiratory Blend: Fenugreek (seed), Horehound (herb), Thyme (leaf), Elecampane (root) - 240mg
- Eleuthero (root) - 65mg
- Guggul (gum resin) Extract - 65mg

Precautions: Keep Nature's Way SystemWell out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, attempting to become pregnant, or if you have a bleeding disorder, are taking blood thinning medication, or are within a week of any surgical procedure. Not recommended for individuals with autoimmune conditions. Individuals with allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family, including ragweed, should use this product with caution. If you have diabetes, a kidney disorder, or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Individuals with diabetes should monitor blood glucose levels regularly while taking this product. Not formulated for children.

Great immunity booster
This is my go-to winter wellness in a bottle. I make sure that I stock up every winter . I’ll take one tablet most days and as soon as I get a sore throat or runny nose I take the intensive dose. So far it has managed to fight off the majority of the bugs. Great immunity booster.
