Crampeze Leg Cramps and Spasms is an Effective Multi-Combination Supplement for Night Cramps, Mild Muscle Spasms and Twitches
Crampeze Leg Cramps and Spasms is formulated for chronic cramp sufferers, and is ideal for long term use. It contains Viburnum Opulus traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve muscle cramps, mild muscle spasms & twitches, and provides Magnesium supplementation.
- Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark)is traditionally used in western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic and to maintain general health and wellbeing.
- Magnesium (elemental) supports energy production and maintain muscle function. Magnesium has many functions; it can assist with carbohydrate and lipid metabolism as well as be involved with energy production. Furthermore, Magnesium can help to maintain normal muscle function in the body.
- Ginkgo Biloba supports blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (legs, hands and feet). It assists in protecting and maintaining the capillary health and acts as an antioxidant, reducing free radicals formed in the body.
Directions: Adults – take 2 capsules twice daily with water. For general Magnesium & vitamin B6 supplementation only, take 1 capsule twice daily. Dosage to be taken in the morning and 30 minutes before retiring at night.

- Ginkgo Biloba extract dry concentrate - 30mg
- from dry leaf - 1.5g
- Sugar free

Excellent product
I was suffering from chronic night cramps in my thighs. It was excruciatingly painful and would strike when I least expected it, often waking me from a sound sleep. Since taking crampeze for approximately the past 2 months, the night cramps have gone altogether! For this reason I cant speak highly enough of this product

Over the cramps!
This product was a first try out for myself. I was having nightly cramps for a couple of years and had resigned to the fact that waking every night was now a part of my lifestyle , detrimental at that and to those around me! Following the instructions of the Crampeze Night Capsules I was sleeping undisturbed after only 4 nights. The Cramps and Restless Legs stopped. I continue to use them and can honestly say they have helped improve my wellbeing in enabling me to get a full nights sleep which had evaded me for years. I am sure I am a better person to live with as well! Sleep deprivation can play so much havoc on your life, but no longer in my case!
