Directions: Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, white side of disc touching cheek. Use two discs while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed.

Xylimelts are truly excellent for a dry mouth … from Hyponatremia or any treatment/medication that gives you an extremely dry mouth. One disc can sit ‘attached’ to a molar for an hour or more and lubricates the mouth. A real game changer!

My dentist recommended these to me. Very good product. I have no complaints about the product itself. I use these at night because a tablet I take,, Solifinacin, makes my mouth so very dry at night and the XyliMelts don't last all night. It would be great if the XyliMelts could be made to last longer, like 7 or 8 hours. I take one in the middle of the night if I wake up which solves the problem, but I don't always wake up to take a second one. Also they are very expensive when taking two every night.

Help with my dry mouth but, because my 'new' tongue doesn't work too well, I am unable to reposition them with my tongue as instructed. Is there a flavour less one available?

Couldn’t do without them. Have had very dry mouth since having radiation for cancer of the throat many years ago. Would highly recommend them.
