Directions: Adults: Take 1 Chewable tablet, once daily. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients: Each chewable tablet contains:

Ester-C® calcium L-ascorbate - 326mg
- equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) - 250mg
Sodium Ascorbate - 287mg
- equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) - 500mg
TOTAL VITAMIN C - 500mg
Vitamin D3 - 300IU
Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) ext. equiv. to aerial part dry - 120mg
Contains tabletting aids, sweetener and flavours
Contains no added artificial flavours or preservatives.
