They worked when nothing else did.
I am 41 years old have been taking 30 plus for at least a year now and am so grateful for the change they have made to my life. I had previously had quite severe anxiety problems and been on prescription medication for a couple of years but once I went off those I was right back where I started. I know I have forgotten to take my 30 plus if I start feeling anxious again for no apparent reason. All I can say is thank goodness for this supplement!
